Susan Hwee
Managing Director and Head of Group Technology and Operations, United Overseas Bank
Ms Susan Hwee is the Head of Group Technology and Operations at UOB and sets the global strategy and standards for technology, operations and information security for the Bank. She also spearheads initiatives to transform the Group’s digital and data architecture. She is a member of the Group Management Executive Committee for UOB and has an extensive track record and experience in technology and banking.
Susan actively serves Singapore’s banking industry in her capacity as board director of Network for Electronic Transfers Singapore Pte Ltd (NETS), Clearing & Payments Services Pte Ltd (CAPS) and Singapore Clearing House Pte Ltd.
She champions inclusive employment and has led the creation of meaningful employment opportunities at UOB for people with autism. She believes that such sustainable business practices benefit the employees, organisation and the community.
