Registration procedures
Pre-registration is required to attend “Nikkei Asia300 Summit”. Please send in this online form after filling in all of the required information on the Registration Form. Summit attendance is only available to those who complete pre-registration, and anyone arriving at the venue without completing pre-registration will not be admitted.
Payment of the registration fee
Payment of the registration fee should be made by credit card upon application. Seats will be guaranteed only after the secretariat confirms payment of the registration fee. Secretariat will not issue receipts. We will not accept payment on the Summit site.
Entrance Ticket E-mail
After you complete on-line registration, a "Entrance Ticket E-mail" will be sent to your E-mail address from the system automatically within 24 hours. If you have not received a "Entrance Ticket E-mail" within 24 hours of registration, please contact the secretariat by E-mail.
Cancellation
Cancellation will not be accepted. No refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows, although a proxy may take your place.
Changes in the Summit program/cancellation of Summit events
Please note that “Nikkei Asia300 Summit” may be changed/ cancelled without prior notification due to various reasons.
Only in case of cancellation of the entire event, there will be a full refund of the registration fee.

You may be contacted by the secretariat or organizers (Nikkei Inc., Nikkei Group Asia Pte. Ltd.) via mail, email, or telephone. Personal information that you provide us on the application form will be carefully managed and used for the following purposes only:
For the management of “Nikkei Asia300 Summit”. Contacting and sending necessary materials related to the conference.
To provide up-to-date information by the organizers, to those that clicked the “I agree” check box on the application form.
As statistical data for further development and enhancement of our future symposiums. (using a form in which individuals are not specified)
