DIVERSITY & INNOVATION

concept

Diversity is becoming a keyword for the survival and prosperity of global enterprises. Harnessing a spectrum of human resources – transcending barriers of gender, nationality and culture – has become imperative to generate novel ideas and values that are required in driving innovation.

NIKKEI FORUM “Diversity & Innovation” is a series of online seminars to explore the innovative power of diversity. Going beyond the mere response to societal demands, diversity can bring positive impact upon various fields including corporate management, cultural landscapes and product development. Distinguished leaders will join the sessions to share their commitment to diversity and discuss how to focus on future possibilities.
