SATOSHI SARUYA

After receiving a degree from Takasaki City University of Economics, Satoshi Saruya started his career in the financial industry. In 2000, he joined Fuji Staff Group (later merged with Randstad) as a consultant for factory staffing section. He held various senior positions such as head of Sales Planning and head of Tokyo Metropolitan Area, and in 2015 he was appointed President and COO of Randstad.
