The deadline for In-Person registration is October 15, 2026 (JST).
The deadline for Online viewing registration is October 23, 2026 12:00 (JST).
If the number of applications exceeds the seating capacity Nikkei may conduct a lottery to select in-person participants. The result of the lottery will be sent to your registered email address by Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Participants selected by lottery will receive an email with the In-person Pass (PDF ticket) and event guidance.

After you have completed your registration, the registration confirmation email will be sent to your email address from the system automatically.
If you do not receive the registration confirmation email within 24 hours of your registration, please contact the secretariat by email.
Please note that the symposium is subject to change or canceled without prior notice due to various reasons of the speakers and the organizers. Sessions start/end time and speakers may also change.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
All disputes, controversies or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. The place of the arbitration shall be Tokyo, Japan.
The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in Japanese.

Nikkei also uses the information statistically for the purpose of developing future events and improving services.
