第19回日経・CSIS共催シンポジウム「インド太平洋における新たな秩序構築と日米の役割」受講にはお申し込み及び日経IDが必要です。

本ページをご一読いただき、フォームに必要事項をご入力のうえ、最下部にある"申し込む"をクリックし、送信してください。
本シンポジウムのお申し込み手続は、主催者のうち日本経済新聞社（「当社」）が取り扱います。
・来場受講のお申し込み締切は10月12日（水）です。
・オンライン配信のお申し込み締切は10月21日（金）午後0時55分（日本時間）です。

ご利用にあたっての注意

本シンポジウムのライブ配信視聴にあたり、下記事項に同意のうえお申し込みください。

  • URLは申込者のみが利用可能とします。再配布は禁止です。
  • 視聴環境は予めご自身でご調整ください。また、視聴にかかる設備や通信の費用は視聴者でご負担ください。
  • 主催者側、視聴者側を問わず、システムトラブルなどにより画像・音声に乱れが生じる場合がありますが、主催者は責任を負いません。
  • システムに対する攻撃や不正アクセスが疑われる場合、ライブ配信の進行を妨げる場合など主催者は予告なくアクセスを切断する場合があります。
  • 本シンポジウムにおいて提供する動画、音声および資料等の一切の著作権その他の知的財産権は、主催者、日経グループ、登壇者その他の権利者に帰属します。 参加者は、これらをご自身で個人的に視聴いただけますが、その範囲を超えた利用（再利用、複製、第三者への開示、頒布、売却、譲渡、貸与等を含みます。）はできません。 したがって、本シンポジウムのコンテンツはいずれの部分も、録画・録音、キャプチャー、SNS・ブログ・動画投稿サイトその他ウェブサイトへの掲載はできません。 違反を発見した場合、主催者は削除を要請します。違反者は削除に必要な対応を速やかに取るものとします。
  • 主催者は法律の認める範囲内で、いかなる種類の（明示的または黙示的な）保証もせず、責任、義務を一切負いません。
    主催者は意図的な違法行為の場合を除き、これらの情報の利用に起因もしくは関連して発生した損害に対して一切責任を負いません。
    また主催者は、いかなる場合も、コンテンツの利用に起因もしくは関連して発生した間接的、偶発的、結果的損害に対して一切の責任と義務を負いません。
  • 本シンポジウムに関する法律関係は日本法に基づいて解釈し、紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

  • Only the registered participants can use the URL. Redistribution is prohibited.
  • Setting up viewing environment shall be prepared by yourself at your own cost.
    Organizer will not bear the cost of viewing equipment or telecommunications.
  • Organizer will not be responsible for viewing availability due to system trouble, etc.
  • If unauthorized access or cyberattack is suspected, the symposium is interrupted or it is otherwise necessary, Organizer may disconnect access without notice.
  • The organizers, Nikkei Group companies, presenters and other rights holders own all the intellectual property rights including copyrights of the forum’s videos, voices, materials, etc. You can view or listen to them personally by yourself. Any other usage is strictly prohibited, including reuse, recording, capture, sharing with others (such as posting on social media, blogs, etc.), selling, giving, redistributing and lending. When a violation is found, the organizer (and/or other rights holder, if any) may the violator to stop the violation and/or delete the illegally created materials, and the violator will promptly take any action necessary for the requests.
  • Organizer will not take any responsibility or obligation, of any kind (explicit or implied) of the content in the symposium, to the extent permitted by law, except in the case of intentional illegal acts. Organizer will not be responsible for any damages caused by or related to the use of this information, in any case, indirectly, caused by or related to the use of the content. Organizer will not take responsibility or liability for accidental or consequential damages.
  • Matters concerning this symposium will be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law, and in the case of disputes, the Tokyo District Court will be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.

Nikkei collects personal information on the application form such as salutation, name, gender, age, company/organization, department, job title, number of employees, E-mail, telephone, country/area of residence, "How did you hear about the symposium?".
Nikkei will use your personal information for the managing, contacting and sending necessary materials related to the event. Nikkei will also use the information statistically for further development and enhancement of future events.
Nikkei will provide your personal information to a third party only when we have a lawful basis for doing so.

Nikkei will provide personal information to some third parties such as service providers. Nikkei engages service providers who support the event. These service providers include, for example, but not limited to, event agencies and delivery providers. They can only use your personal information under Nikkei’s instruction.
Nikkei may also provide your personal information to relevant third parties to comply with applicable laws, court orders or other valid legal processes, to enforce any of our other rights, to protect and defend Nikkei's rights, assets and properties, and to protect the safety, asset or property of you or the public.

We always process personal data on a lawful basis, such as your consent, legitimate business purposes, contractual necessity and legal obligation.Personal data may be transferred to countries or jurisdictions outside your residence area. Please note that such countries or jurisdictions may not have the same data protection laws as those in your residence area and would not afford many of the rights conferred upon you in your residence area.We will put in place reasonable safeguards to protect information that is transferred in this way.
