Atsushi Uchida

Uchida has been working as a consultant of Mitsubishi Research Institute (MRI) since April 2001, and has a track record of research projects to many governments space-related organizations including JAXA, National Space Policy Secretariat of the Cabinet Office and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and space business consulting services to private companies.

Uchida is also currently working to realize lunar development and utilization led by industry, through such initiatives as running the "Frontier Business Consortium," which he launched with ispace, inc. at the end of 2016 with the aim of realizing space resource business led by private companies, and serving as Lead Members of the "Lunar Industry Vision Council," which created the "Lunar Industry Vision - Towards the Planet 6.0 era-".
