Currently, he works on an M&A adviser, post-acquisition corporate transformation/turnaround, support for succession plans to develop future executive talents, and advisor for startup companies.

Prior to that, he worked for KPMG and then moved to Daiwa Securities SMBC and UBS investment bank. Throughout his time at investment bank, he was involved in M&A advisory service.

He has co-authored several books on M&A, corporate finance, and financial strategies incorporating ESG.
