Motoko Kuze joined RepRisk in 2022 as Senior ESG Advisor, General Manager Japan. Before joining RepRisk, she started her career in 2001 at Mizuho bank, Paris branch. In 2006, joined Société Générale and served for their subsidiary in asset management and investment banking in Tokyo and Paris to develop their business with Japanese Financial Institutions. In 2016, she joined as Fund Manager in HSBC asset management and became Senior Market Specialist in 2018 and contributed to the growth of ESG investment in Japan market.
