Involved in the management of the WASEDA-EDGE Human Resource Development Program, which is implemented at Waseda University following the adoption of the EDGE and EDGE-NEXT programmes by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology to strengthen entrepreneurship education at universities; Executive Director from 2019.

Professor at the Graduate School of Health Innovation, Kanagawa University of Human Services (joint appointment with Waseda University) from April 2019. Assistant Waseda program representative at GTIE (Greater Tokyo Innovation Ecosystem), which is led by the University of Tokyo, Tokyo Institute of Technology and Waseda University. She teaches Design Thinking, Lean Launchpad, New Business in Enterprises, Coaching, etc., and also has planned and implemented several entrepreneurship education programmes for junior high, high school and university students in collaboration with local governments and enterprises. 2019 Spring Semester Waseda University Teaching Award President's Prize winner. Member of the Expert Committee for the Creation of Regional Recycling and Symbiosis Spheres, Ministry of the Environment. Co-author of ‘Innovation in Global Entrepreneurship Education: Teaching Entrepreneurship in Practice’, ‘Innovation in Place’ and translation supervisor of the ‘World's No. 1 Entrepreneurship Development Programme: 43 Essential Exercises for Realising Innovative Businesses’. PhD (Public Management).
