Masanobu Saito has been Head of Value & Access Japan since February 2024. He is a member of Japan International Leadership Team (ILT).

Masanobu joined Novartis in 2004 from Coca-Cola Japan where he was in charge of Business Insight and Strategic Planning. He started his career at Novartis as market research expert before moving into a variety of roles in Marketing Excellence, Neuroscience and Oncology/Hematology Businesses in and Japan and some time in Switzerland.

He holds a Masters Degree in Social Science from the Bristol University, UK
