After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University in 1988 (majoring in social welfare), Ishizaki joined Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation and as a project leader for corporate agency business, pensions, inheritance, real estate, system integration, etc., He restructured loss-making businesses through new product development and culture change and created new businesses such as nursing homes and renewable energy. From 2015 to 2022, he is an executive officer and currently an executive advisor, he focuses on solving social issues and mentoring mid-career employees.

Also serving as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Study Group for Elderly Care Services, senior researcher at the Research Center for Financial Gerontology, and director at the Japan Alternative Data Accelerator Association, Ishizaki is a banker who confronts economic and social issues.
