After graduating from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies Noriko Yamada started her professional career in a chemical manufacturer company. Then she changed her work place to a specialized trading company where now she works as the general director. In 2006 she has started medical coordination for international patients and organizes projects for international development and exchanges of medical services. For that she participates in various projects for human resource development as well. She is one of the founders of the International Medical Coordination Companies Association Japan (JIMCA) which is established in 2021. JIMCA is the industry organization for international medical coordinators-companies.
