Yoshitaka Hamaishi

Special Analyst for Cyber Investigation, Cybercrime Investigation Division, Cyber Affairs Bureau
concurrently assigned to the National Cyber Department, Kanto Regional Police Bureau, National Police Agency.

He joined SECOM Co., Ltd. in April 2004 and has been engaged in research on cybersecurity and related technologies at IS Laboratory. From 2019 to 2022, he was seconded to the Cybercrime Division, Community Safety Bureau, National Police Agency under Public-Private Personnel Exchange Program. In October 2023, he rejoined the National Police Agency through the same program and currently serves as an assistant commissioner and a special analyst for cyber investigation at the Cybercrime Investigation Division and the National Cyber Department, where he is responsible for advancing the aggregation and analysis of information related to cybercrimes.
