I joined Japan Airlines in 1991 and have experienced various transitions in the Information Systems department, including the development of the internet and the shift of corporate systems to the cloud. Since 2018, I have been in charge of information security, and from 2023 onwards, I have also been promoting the use of generative AI while managing its associated risks.
