After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering, I became a Systems Engineer at IBM. Following my marriage, I started a weekend business to support women’s employment, experiencing a period of dual work. To focus on raising my children, I moved to a local manufacturing company, where I worked in IT planning and served as Executive Officer and CIO for three years. In 2019, I joined SUBARU as the Head of Information Systems, overseeing internal systems. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated our digital transformation, and in 2022, I also took on the role of Head of Cybersecurity. In 2023, I became the Deputy General Manager of the IT Strategy Division, concurrently managing cybersecurity and general affairs, promoting work style reforms centered on IT. Since April this year, I have been in my current position, advancing company-wide IT/DX initiatives to create a more comfortable workplace.
