I worked for Mitsubishi UFJ Bank's systems subsidiary for 30 years. From 2009 to 2021, I was seconded to the bank and engaged in cybersecurity for 12 years, including launching a CSIRT and introducing countermeasure products. During that time, I fostered interactions with domestic and international experts through external committee members and external activities, and broadened my knowledge.

From April 2022, I will be working as a freelance cybersecurity consultant. Since November 2022, I have served as the Chief Information Security Advisor to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and am also active as an expert committee member of the Japan CSIRT Association.
