Kosuke Ito, PhD (informatics, IISEC), MS in 1993 (Stanford University) has been engaged in cybersecurity for embedded systems and IoT products since 2006, and has been working to promote product security in Japan. He has served as a member of the IoT security guideline formulation working group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and as a member of the domestic international standard formulation, and has been appointed as a technical deliberation committee member of JC-STAR, an IoT security conformity certification system promoted by IPA/Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Current position from 2024.
