Tomoyuki Motoyama

Tomoyuki Motoyama joined Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance(formerly Taisho Marine) in 1989. He was appointed as the Head of Digital Strategy in 2019 and became an Executive Officer in 2021. Since April 2023, he has been serving as the CDO of MS & AD Holdings and Executive Managing Director of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance. He is leading the promotion of the design of the business model and business process across the entire MS & AD Group.
