Tiago Henriques

Tiago Henriques is a seasoned tech executive with a rich background in cybersecurity, cyber insurance, and data science. Currently, he serves as the VP of Research at Coalition, Inc., where he innovates risk signals for underwriting and risk aggregation modeling. Before his current role, he held various leadership positions at Coalition, Inc., and was the founder and CEO of BinaryEdge, a successful cybersecurity firm acquired by Coalition. Tiago has also been a Guest Lecturer at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, emphasizing his commitment to education in his field. He holds an MSc in Computer Security and Forensics from the University of Bedfordshire and a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of Brighton. He also writes a regular column on cybersecurity and cyber insurance for Dark Reading. Beyond work, Tiago is passionate about bioinformatics, machine learning, robotics, and photography.
