Since 2010, I have been affiliated with Osaka Prefectural Hospital Organization, specifically at Osaka Acute and General Medical Center. I am a member of the Medical Information Department, involved in tasks such as operating the electronic medical record system, establishing an integrated long-term storage system for medical information, and initiating activities related to ISO9001 certification and the establishment of the Quality Management Department.
